Crystal Falls (One Bluff Tract Remaining) is located up on Walden's ridge about 10 miles southeast of Pikeville (Bledsoe County) and 10 miles southeast of Dunlap (Sequatchie County).  It is about an 45 minutes north of Chattanooga.  Crystal Falls features beautifully wooded hardwood tracts and meadow lands ranging from 2 to 15 acres.  Each tract is surveyed and marked for identification.  Power phone service and central water lines run along the roads adjacent to each tract of land.  The roads are maintained by the County.

There is one bluff  tract remaining that looks over the Sequatchie Valley.  

We will owner finance with $1000 down and small monthly payments based on 15, 10 or 5 year financing at 12% simple interest with no penalty for pre-payment.  We offer a 5% discount for one Payment (pay in full) purchases.
